during the session we will utilize myriad of practices, ultimately coming to a gentle, connected breath in and out through the mouth. this breath calms the nervous system, allowing you to drop into parasympathetic which facilitates rest and digest. this breath facilitates the release of old stories, beliefs, emotions, and memories that have been stored in your body. breathing in this style puts you into theta brain wave state, a deep meditation.

starting at the root chakra, or muladhara (the anchor for our sense of belonging in this world and in our bodies) we’ll use the session to investigate belief patterns adopted into the psyche since childhood and move to release limiting and self sabotaging beliefs.
